Scope of work

End-user transaction monitoring along with deep diagnostics and infrastructure monitoring of various Net banking applications.

The challenge

Without the visibility of end-user experience, infrastructure monitoring was a big challenge. In addition, high volume business and multiple applications did not help either.

  • Integrated with BMC TrueSight Presentation Server and BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server
