The app is targeted to the user of “Microfocus Service Manager ITSM product” to make them service management available outside of their office location who wants to check and approve status of Incident using their iPHONE ( small screen).
This app only facilitates access based on small screen, account are provided by the Application administrator and not created / provided by the app. So user should have the login credentials before using the app.
The intended users are global users of the Microfocus Service Manager application deployed across the globe. This is not for internal usage of Erasmith. Sample users organization would be for example Tata Power, New Raipur Smart city, Railtel etc.
Early users will be from India, but this is expected to grow in Middle east and many parts of the globe.
Search Knowledge : This is an internal application search for the user to check his own incident or article. You can search “incident” for example.
