Event Management and IT Infrastructure Monitoring on AZURE and CISCO Cloud along with complex strategic integration with existing monitoring tools in customers DC.
The challenge
Integration of multiple resources for a single point of event management.
Environment
- Existing monitoring need to be integrated with infrastructure to be migrated on Cisco Cloud
- Multiple resources need to be integrated for a single point of event management
- Entire CISCO Cloud migrated IT infrastructure need to be discovered and populated with relationship along with DC located IT infrastructure
- A new set of monitoring tools integration with an existing set of monitoring tools

- Implemented HP OpsBridge, OMW, NNMi and UCMDB for monitoring and Event Management
- Single Glass Pane view created upon HP OpsBridge integrated with OMW, NNMi, and UCMDB
- CISCO UCPM (Cisco cloud Management tool) integrated with HP Opsbridge with customizing solution
- Created the relationship between business application to servers, which further culminated into TBEC and SBEC on HP OpsBridge to reduce noise on the monitoring console
- HP UCMDB integrated with customers UCMDB.
