We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix ITSM Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and deploying BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
The role involves end-to-end ITSM implementations, integrations, and post-go-live support.
Role: BMC Helix ITSM Consultant / Developer
Experience Required: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize BMC Helix ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge, and Request Management
- Configure workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and escalations
- Develop using Remedy AR System and Helix Innovation Studio
- Design and maintain CMDB, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation
- Build integrations using REST APIs, Helix Integration Service, LDAP/SSO
- Support deployments, UAT, go-live, and hypercare
- Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience with BMC Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM
- Strong hands-on development with AR Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations
- ITSM process expertise aligned with ITIL
- Experience in client-facing consulting and deployments
- Working knowledge of SQL and reporting
Good to Have:
- BMC Helix Digital Workplace / ITOM exposure
- On-prem Remedy to Helix migration experience
- ITIL v4 or BMC certifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
