Primary Responsibility

  • Work independently as a subject matter expert between external stakeholders, business partners, and internal stakeholders on complex projects.
  • Gathering business and functional requirements, performing gap analysis, define epics, write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT test cases, etc.
  • Identify and communicate business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements from which solutions can be implemented.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and suggest an implementation approach to meet user needs.
  • Lead and or assist with project deliverables such as business and technical requirements, use cases, interface specifications, mock-ups, risk and issue logs, test plans, training plans, etc.
  • Developing requirements documents: goal model, functional modelling, business process, customer interactions/wireframes; writing high-level user requirements (Epics and User Stories) and Process flows/analysis in JIRA
  • Apply agile practices in the requirements lifecycle.
  • Provide testing support and analysis for defect resolution.
  • Work closely with the testing team to review test cases and assist with production validation.
  • Work closely with product owners and users to determine the operational objectives of business needs and elicit requirements.
  • Focus requirements gathering on improved usability user experience and driving user adoption and engagement identify core.
  • Robust proven experience in an internal and or external business analysis role, or related, demonstrated experience and value through research, challenging the status quo where applicable, improvement ideas and developing and or communicating full business cases
